Regeneration of Satrind knives

Our company provides the process of regeneration of spare parts. This regeneration is useful solution, how to improve the quality of spare parts.

The process consists of these steps:

1.           Cleaning of knife (or other spare part)

2.           Hardfacing by elastic wire

3.           Hardfacing by hard wire – material is hardness of 58-60 HRC  and size of wire is 1,2 millimeters

4.          Rough grinding

5.           Next hardfacing – after first harfacing and grinding very often we get  porous surface of part with small holes, there is need to pour these holes by hard wire.

6.           Grinding of hooks – on the manual grinder. The machine is similar to table grinder but with special fixture which allows to do it repetitively (in similar quality all the time during the process).

7.           Final grinding with tolerance +/- 0,05 millimeters – on the Surface grinder with rotary table.
